About us
Freedom Prison Ministries desires to give honor and glory to God by endeavoring to be faithful to the Great Commission, to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to inmates, former inmates and their families by supplying physical needs to these individuals as God provides. Freedom Prison Ministries is dedicated to identifying, supporting and training believers called of God to serve in prison ministry. As God empowers, Freedom Prison Ministries will seek to provide support for weekly Bible study in correctional institutions to evangelize and make disciples for Jesus Christ.
Statement of Faith
We believe the scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of man, and the Divine and final authority for all Christian faith, life and conduct.We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal return in power and glory.We believe for the salvation of the lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
